commisions
I am open to commissions in the badly drawn style. here’s How it works…
A commissioned piece is unique, in that you are asking me to recreate a photo as seen through my eyes. This means it’s my perception of that thing that will be realised. Therefore it’s a one-off-piece, rendered in my imprecise, badly drawn style. I do like to hear why you want this piece drawn, as that helps me create a more rewarding, thoughtful design. And it makes it yours as it’s your memories and input that helps to shape it.
I draw inanimate objects - preferably building facades, but am open to drawing rocks, toothbrushes, your comfy armchair, and so on. I don’t draw people or pets, sorry!
If you have a very specific idea in mind of what you want, it’s probably best you approach someone else. I take liberties, exaggerate parts, add parts, leave out parts - I go with the flow! That’s my process. The final piece is the final piece though, and it is always quite unique.
I require a detailed description of the project outlining any special requirements. You must supply a high quality reference photo that has good lighting, and no visual obstructions. If the supplied photos do not meet these criteria, then I may be unable to work on the project.
Personal / Private commissions start @ €350. The price is determined upon reviewing your reference images and seeing the scope of work involved.
You will receive a 12 x 16” signed fine art print - delivered to your door. As an added bonus - I will also include the smaller original pen sketch on a separate sheet.
If you’d like to commission a badly drawn illustration - please email me and I will contact you once I have an opening available. All commissions are for personal / private use only. Please enquire for commercial commissions.
Looking forward to drawing your commission, really badly!
