The prints are available exclusively on my website jasonogorman.ie

These are not ordinary colour digital / litho prints - but museum quality fine art prints that are giclee (pronounced like gee-klay,) printed using archival pigment based inks resulting in gallery-quality prints with excellent depth of colour, longevity and stability.

Some prints come with an additional 2cm white border for handling purposes, and to provide flexibility when framing / mounting.

All prints except the 8x10” prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper with a compliment slip around it. If there is a short personalised message included in the order, it is written on this compliment slip. The final print is then carefully packaged in a strong cardboard postal tube or a strong cardboard rectangular box.

The 8x10” prints are shipped flat in a plastic sleeve with a strong cardboard backing board. If there is a short personalised message included in the order, it is written on this compliment slip, which is placed within the plastic sleeve. The final print is then carefully packaged in a cardboard postal envelope with a Do Not Bend sticker.

If you’re ordering multiple prints they may be shipped together, therefore if you require individual items packaged separately, the prints will need to be ordered separately.

We do not offer a custom framing service but we do have some specially selected pre framed prints available in either a neutral white frame or a neutral black frame and are ready to hang on your wall.

We find people like to do their own bespoke framing, and like to put their own personality on a frame so that it looks great in their own home. Frames come in all different colours, shapes and styles so it is hard to recommend any particular off-the-shelf frames for my prints. If you are framing a print, we would encourage you to keep it totally locally and support local businesses :-)

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit cards are accepted. You can also purchase with Apple pay.

We try to be completely environmentally friendly, ensuring every element we can control has as little impact on the environment as possible. The brown postal tubes and white caps are recyclable and reusable, as well as cardboard boxes, cardboard backing boards, cardboard envelopes and plastic sleeves. Any paper/stickers/packaging paper/tape can also be recycled.

We ship the unframed prints via An Post. We do ship to UK, most of Europe, Canada, and the USA. Standard Shipping is free within Ireland. Shipping overseas to other countries is via Registered Post or Express Post at an extra cost. We do not ship to Australia or New Zealand. Framed prints are available only for collection in Cork City.

We custom print every order ourselves, which enables us to dispatch it quickly :-) As soon as your order is dispatched - you will receive a shipping confirmation email, after you receive this email, National deliveries (Ireland) are 1-3 working days, and International deliveries are 3-7 working days. These timeframes are approximate - please be aware that postal services may be busy due to varying restrictions and seasonal heavy workloads. This may cause potential delays, so leave some extra time for delivery of your print, especially if it shipped internationally.

If you are in a hurry for something - just drop us an email "before" you order to see if we can arrange collection instead of post :-)

For the framed prints: Please include your email and phone number and we will arrange details for collection of your framed artwork.

Yes of course, please email hello@jasonogorman.ie pre-purchase with your order and VAT number and a zero rate of VAT invoice will be issued, once the conditions of EU member states Inter-Community supplies (ICS) are met. Once this invoice is paid, your print will be packaged and posted to you.

If your print is missing or delayed after allowing a little extra time for postal delivery (because of varying restrictions or delays due to seasonal heavy workloads). Please contact us on hello@jasonogorman.ie and we will be happy to help. We can launch an enquiry with An Post for missing, damaged or delayed items. Any missing or delayed post almost always turns up when the investigation has begun. Please allow 10 working days from when this investigation is created for An Post to locate and resolve the problem. If the print has not been delivered by then i.e. 10 working days from when the investigation is created, we will offer a replacement or refund for the missing item.

The prints are packaged carefully and hand delivered to the Post office. In the unfortunate event that the print is damaged during postage please refer to our returns policy.
